Realism Done Right
The first thing that stands out about Bartender VR Simulator is that it does an amazing job at pulling off realistic graphics in the bars. The whole of each area looks great, and the game comes very close to photo-realism at times. It is your job to enter this setting and make drinks. Do tricks as you mix, get hired to work and train at better establishments. All of this under the watchful eye of a real life bartending champion. The game features nice little touches such as liquid physics, and destructible items—don't drop the glasses! Global leader boards add more of an air of competitiveness, with a number of things being tracked such as most money earned, time taken making drinks, and more.
Perhaps Too Real
At what it aims to do, Bartender VR Simulator excels. It really puts you in the shoes of a professional bartender. Its biggest success may also be its biggest problem, however. Unless you want the most authentic experience possible, the realism of the game can sap the fun out of it. Also there is no customer interaction, which could have added another dimension to play.
